These olives are produced only when the climatic conditions
are favorable. They can be eaten directly from the tree.
They are sweat and tasty when produced in small quanities.
These olives are only produced when the right climatic
condition of rain and sunshine take place. Therefore the
quantities are limited, and are consumed in the local
markets of Crete.
